Join the John Walter Cape Community Band
Are you passionate about music? Whether you’re a seasoned performer or someone looking to rediscover your love for playing, the John Walter Cape Community Band warmly welcomes you! Our diverse group is made up of students and adults from all walks of life — volunteer musicians who share a common goal: to perform, support music education, and give back to the community through the power of music.
Rehearsals take place on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. at Lower Cape May Regional High School. Whether you’ve been playing consistently or haven’t picked up your instrument in years, there’s a place for you here. We welcome musicians of all skill levels—no auditions are required!
Our band includes everyone from middle school students to retirees, creating a unique, supportive environment where musicians of all ages and backgrounds come together to learn, grow, and enjoy the art of performance. With exciting events like our summer and holiday concerts, now is the perfect time to join us and share in the joy of making music.
